My services are:

I provide research services to support organizations to design and implement impactful programs and products with diverse stakeholders and ensure equitable inclusion of those most impacted. This includes conducting primary research, ethnography, and employing participatory human-centered design methodologies to ensure solutions are effective, equitable, and sustainable.
I offer expert innovation and design facilitation services to guide groups through complex processes, achieve strategic alignment, and drive impactful outcomes. Applying highly interactive methods, my experience includes facilitating strategic planning retreats, innovation labs, and multi-stakeholder convenings across diverse sectors and global contexts.
Longer-term, deeper engagements for programmatic implementation. These roles are either built from the outputs of innovation workshops to facilitate ideas into real implementation; or, where a project requires strategic design leadership to support organizations in a temporary capacity.
Meeting facilitation engagements to maximize a team’s full participation in decision-making, strategy setting, and other coordination efforts.
